Updates to Channel Memberships Pricing Flexibility

We're implementing pricing updates for new Channel Memberships members. These updates reflect current exchange rates and replace outdated currency rates. Creators will also gain the ability to modify their prices for new members without disrupting or deleting existing levels. Existing members will keep their current membership prices at this time.
